We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Coach to lead our Women's Soccer Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the program, including practice and competition activities, player development, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and administer all aspects of the Women's Soccer Program within University, ACC, and NCAA rules and regulations.
- Lead and motivate student-athletes to achieve academic and athletic success.
- Develop and implement plans for daily practices and competitions.
- Recruit and mentor student-athletes to ensure academic progress and athletic excellence.
- Collaborate with the Department of Athletics to promote the program and enhance the university's reputation.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree required (or foreign degree equivalent) with at least 1 year of experience in relevant independent instructional or educational activities.
- Strong interpersonal communications skills, computer skills, and demonstrated integrity, leadership, and a thorough knowledge of the sport.
- Knowledge of and familiarity with NCAA rules and regulations essential.
- Successful intercollegiate coaching experience, preferably at the Division I level, and knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations preferred.
- Ability to become CPR and first aid certified.
