The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing our Salesforce platform, including standard and custom integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the unique needs of Rhythm, leveraging out-of-the-box functionality and custom development when necessary.
  • Implement and maintain validation rules, workflows, process builders, and dynamic forms to enhance system efficiency and usability.
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other relevant systems to streamline data flow and enhance cross-platform functionality.
  • Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, including troubleshooting issues, resolving user inquiries, and assessing the root of user challenges.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes, and best practices.
  • Implement data management best practices to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency within Salesforce.
  • Perform regular data audits and quality assurance checks to identify and rectify any data discrepancies or issues.
  • Conduct regular system maintenance activities, including managing user profiles, roles, and permissions, performing system upgrades, and optimizing system performance.
  • Stay abreast of Salesforce updates and new features to recommend and implement continuous improvements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role, preferably in a technology-enabled healthcare or medical services environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional certifications such as Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder are preferred.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce, including but not limited to validation rules, custom objects, visual flow editors, dynamic forms, and Lightning App Builder.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs, and third-party integration tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is required.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
