We are seeking a skilled Operations Technician to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a key member of our plasma center operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Screen plasma donors and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations
- Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring their safety and satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes using company-approved procedures
- Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- English and Spanish proficiency
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs
