Job Overview

We are seeking a SAP Financial Content Specialist to join our team at Omni Inclusive. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our financial processes within the Media & Entertainment sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experience Requirement: Proven experience in SAP Content Finance specifically within the Media & Entertainment industry.
  • Process Review: Analyze existing accounting workflows with Business As Usual (BAU) process owners and design enhancements necessary for the future state ERP framework, particularly concerning the Fixed Asset subledger.
  • Data Collaboration: Assist the data team and Workstream Leads in defining rules for Data Profiling, Cleansing, Consolidation, and Conversion.
  • Data Reconciliation: Collaborate closely with Project System and Master Data subledger leads to ensure accurate data reconciliations and validations during Mock Cut-overs, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production Cut-over for ERP transformations.
  • Communication Support: Contribute to and review communications related to overall program activities, as well as specific communications tailored to the Fixed Asset subledger workstream.
  • Data Migration Coordination: Work with Workstream Leads to implement data migrations and uphold data quality efforts focused on completeness, standardization, and deduplication.
  • Post Go-Live Support: Provide ongoing support post go-live, including identifying necessary resources, coordinating with key teams for hypercare support, and assisting with post go-live surveys, analyses, and mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Issue Management: Evaluate, prioritize, and escalate issues as required.
  • Content Accounting Expertise: Strong knowledge in content accounting areas such as Amortization, Film and TV studio finance products, participations & residuals, film & television distribution, and production accounting within the Media & Entertainment industry.
  • Transformation Project Experience: Familiarity with transformation initiatives, such as transitioning from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA.
