As a vital member of the medical imaging team, the MRI Technologist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care. This position is designed for individuals who are dedicated to providing high-quality imaging services while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
As an MRI Technologist, your responsibilities will include:
- Administering quality imaging services to all patients within the imaging department.
- Conducting precise imaging examinations while being attentive to patient needs.
- Adhering to established ACR practice guidelines and safety protocols for MRI procedures.
- Exhibiting leadership qualities and serving as a mentor to fellow technologists.
- Acting as a clinical resource for unit staff and ensuring compliance with current practice standards.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is between USD $36.50 and USD $59.68 per hour, with an additional 15% PRN differential available.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Registered Technologist credentials in Radiology, Magnetic Resonance Imaging - R.T. (R) and/or (MR) (ARRT).
- Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- Physical capability to perform medium work, including the ability to exert up to 50 lbs of force occasionally.
