Position Summary:
We are currently in search of a skilled E&I Maintenance Superintendent to oversee our Instrument and Electrical Maintenance operations. This full-time role offers a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize safety by providing effective leadership and guidance
- Direct the daily operations of the Instrument and Electrical Maintenance team
- Formulate and oversee I&E maintenance schedules and work plans
- Facilitate communication across departments to support overall site initiatives
- Engage in incident investigations as required
- Effectively manage budgetary constraints and cost objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in I&E maintenance within the petrochemical industry or similar
- At least 3 years of leadership experience is essential
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards is advantageous
- Experience with analytical and control systems is beneficial
- Must be able to obtain a TWIC card
