About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team at Palantir Technologies. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and operating high-scale software systems that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable, efficient, and reliable software systems using Go, Java, or equivalent programming languages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop technical solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following industry best practices and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to the improvement of the codebase.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 1+ years of experience contributing to the system design or architecture of new and existing systems.
  • 1+ years of experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
  • Strong coding skills in Go, Java, or equivalent.
  • Experience designing, building, and operating high-scale observability or infrastructure systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
