Job Overview

Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) is seeking a highly skilled IT & Cybersecurity Manager to lead our team's operations. The successful candidate will oversee the team's activities, coordinate incident response, support team members' growth, and address technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management and Leadership
    • Assign tasks and prioritize work for team members
    • Set team goals and manage performance
    • Provide coaching and mentoring, and conduct performance evaluations
  • IT Infrastructure and Security System Management
    • Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure and cybersecurity systems
    • Develop and implement security policies and procedures
    • Conduct vulnerability assessments and enhance security measures
  • Project Management
    • Plan and manage IT and cybersecurity-related projects
    • Manage budgets and allocate resources
  • Cybersecurity Incident Response
    • Coordinate and manage responses to cybersecurity incidents
    • Analyze incidents and prepare reports, including follow-up action plans

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
  • 9 years of technical IT experience including hardware and software installation, security, and technical projects
  • Experience in cybersecurity incident response and IT infrastructure management
  • Experience in team management and project management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the automotive industry or related fields
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH)
  • Experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM, VPC)
