Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced General Dentist to lead our clinical team at Aspen View Dental. As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, managing clinical operations, and mentoring our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive dentistry services, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of care plans
- Lead and manage the clinical team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient outcomes
- Mentor and train team members on best practices and new technologies
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements
Requirements:
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited institution
- Active and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in Colorado
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general dentistry, preferably as a Clinical Director or Lead Dentist
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and guide a team
