Corporate Legal Assistant

At Nexthink, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our legal department as a Corporate Legal Assistant. This role will provide support and assistance to our SVP, General Counsel, and other members of the legal team on various administrative matters.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and complete administrative tasks with attention to detail, including signature pages, visitor badges, meeting planning, and calendaring.
* Prepare filings related to entity management, maintain corporate files, and related recordkeeping, including maintenance of legal and corporate entity calendar.
* Drafting stockholder meeting notices, assisting with Board meeting preparation, including preparation of slides and shell-documents.
* Drafting simple forms and correspondence.
* Corresponding with senior executives at the direction of legal counsel.
* Working closely with G&A functions to support corporate reporting and compliance requirements.
* Project management of legal department initiatives, as necessary.
* Supporting internal legal processes and other tasks that may arise.
Qualifications:
* Enthusiastic and optimistic individual with a can-do attitude.
* Attention to detail and follow-through, highly organized.
* Comfortable with technology and learning new tools/applications.
* 0-3 years experience in a Corporate Environment.
* Exemplary time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask, take action, robust attention to detail, and follow through.
* Effective and forward-thinking communicator.
