Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain control systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our engineering operations.
  • Utilize Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming to optimize system performance.
  • Provide technical leadership in the design and enhancement of control systems, ensuring the achievement of project objectives within specified timeframes and budgets.
  • Conduct system analysis and testing to identify potential improvements and enhancements.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the engineering industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of control system theory and applications.
  • Proficient in PLC programming and system development.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience in project management and team supervision.
  • Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in the use of relevant software and technology, including CAD and simulation tools.
