Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Diagnostic Imaging RN PRN to join our team at Memorial Health University Medical Center. As a Diagnostic Imaging RN PRN, you will be responsible for maintaining the standards of nursing care and implementing the policies and procedures of the hospital and nursing department.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains the standards of nursing care and implements the policies and procedures of the hospital and nursing department.
- Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the patient's needs and personnel capabilities and qualifications, and assigns other duties as needed.
- Directs, supervises and evaluates nursing care provided to patients.
- Assists team members in giving care to patients, or administers direct care when professional nursing skills and judgement are needed.
- Accepts responsibility for attitude, performance, behavior and interpersonal relationships.
- Manages conflict/problems in a creative, constructive manner.
Requirements
- Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
