Cyber Risk Senior Analyst

The Cyber Risk Senior Analyst is a key professional responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating cyber risks within Citigroup Inc. This role requires a deep understanding of cyber risk management principles, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and oversee the application of operational cyber risk policies, technology, and tools to minimize losses from failed internal processes, inadequate controls, and emerging risks.
  • Participate in the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of best-in-class Cyber Risk programs, policies, and practices for Risk.
  • Analyze comparative data, prepare, and present regional and global reports related to cyber risk assessments and monitoring of cyber-related issues.
  • Review institutional or retail activity, sales practices, registrations/licenses, marketing materials, customer statements, and other documents to ensure compliance with various regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Identify and address potential risks, investigate and respond to operational risks, and prepare required documentation.
  • Monitor adherence to Citigroup's Cyber Risk Policies and relevant procedures.
  • Prepare, edit, and maintain Cyber Risk program-related materials.
  • Interact and work with other areas within Citi as necessary.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory changes, new regulations, and internal policy changes to further identify new key risk areas.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in Cyber Risk, rules, regulations, risks, and typologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter, flexible, innovative, and adaptive.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to navigate a complex organization.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Education:

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
