Land O'Lakes, a leading agricultural company, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and meeting all established quality standards in the Shipping & Receiving department.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes receiving, storing, and shipping goods, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the safe receipt, storage, and shipment of goods
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:
