Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Great Wolf Lodge.

About the Role:

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality and cost-effective purchases to drive profitability. This includes working with inventory and receiving agents to validate order quantities, entering orders, and verifying accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with management to validate and verify food & beverage orders and quantities
• Utilize software to place orders for approved items
• Verify all orders for Bear Claw and Snack Bar to ensure proper need
• Collaborate with vendors and managers to receive and rotate orders using HACCP procedures
• Maintain quality and cleanliness in designated areas
• Ensure food & beverage staff maintains quality standards
• Communicate daily with F&B managers to determine needs and discuss concerns

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Prior experience with computers, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
