About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salon Manager to lead our team at Great Clips. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team of stylists to deliver high-quality services
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
• Monitor and control expenses to meet budget targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a salon management role
• Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
