Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough assessments of students' motor skills, sensory processing, and functional capabilities to establish tailored therapy objectives.
2. Design and execute individualized treatment strategies and interventions that cater to the unique needs of each student, promoting their development.
3. Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in both one-on-one and group formats.
4. Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to foster a cohesive and integrated approach to student support.
5. Track and document students' progress, modifying therapy interventions as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
6. Provide guidance and resources to teachers and staff on methods and adaptations that enhance students' independence and engagement within the school setting.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid State Occupational Therapist license.
