About the Role:

The Brewing Specialist is responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, interacting with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare all drinks and premixes to company standards

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company health and safety regulations

* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations during peak periods

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

* Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
