$17.50 - $24.50 per hour, contingent upon experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled RBT to join our dynamic Behavior Team in Troy, Michigan. As an ABA Therapist and Reintegration Specialist, you will support students and staff in local school districts, applying your knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis to ensure student success.

  • You will collect accurate data on student progress and behavior, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by our BCBA team members.
  • Maintain QBS training to ensure compliance with Michigan laws on safety, emergency seclusion, and restraint.
  • Implement integrative resource programs for ABA, ensuring seamless coordination among team members to optimize student support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years' experience in behavior support
  • Hold valid RBT certification
  • Hold automobile insurance with liability limits allowing driving for work
  • Able to travel to multiple locations
