We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Korzen Health in Palestine, TX. As a Wound Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our wound care center.

Job Summary

This is a full-time opportunity to work 5 days a week, covering a range of adult and geriatric patients. You will work closely with a dedicated team, including a case manager, office manager, and front-end and back-end support staff. Our state-of-the-art facility features 3-4 treatment rooms, and you will have access to electronic medical records (EMR) and a comprehensive wound care training program.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including wound assessment, treatment, and education
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct regular patient assessments and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in wound care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • TX State license
  • Must be Certified Nurse Practitioner
  • 1 year of NP experience
  • NP procedure experience, including sutures and incision and drainage (I&D)
What We Offer

We offer a competitive base salary with a bonus plan, full-time benefits, paid time off (PTO), and continuing medical education (CME) allowances. The compensation package includes a range of $110K-$155K per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
