Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Equipment Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our customers, executing our sales strategy, and growing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with customers in the crane equipment and construction industries.
  • Align with our sales annual programs and sales plans.
  • Execute our sales initiatives and grow our market presence within our geographic footprint.
  • Demonstrate proven sales, relational, and business development skills to build a successful volume of bare rental, sales, service, and parts business.
  • Collaborate with Dealership Managers and Product Managers to complete sales plans.
  • Report to Dealership Manager.
  • Work with Product Managers to execute programs.

Requirements

  • Computer software and management reporting expertise in communicating metrics, processes, and enhancements.
