Patient Care Technician

As a vital member of the healthcare team, the Patient Care Technician plays a crucial role in assisting patients with daily living activities while working under the guidance of licensed medical professionals. This position is designed for individuals who are dedicated to enhancing patient comfort and safety in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal care tasks, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
- Maintain a secure and therapeutic atmosphere for all patients and visitors.
- Perform additional services to meet the personal needs of patients.
Qualifications:
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Completion of a nursing assistant training program recognized by the relevant regulatory authority is required.
- Licenses/Certification: A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is essential. CPR/BLS certification is also required.
- Experience: A minimum of six months of experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting is preferred, with a focus on Medsurg/Telemetry experience being advantageous.
