As a full-time, on-site Event Specialist in Indianapolis, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events to ensure seamless execution from start to finish.

You will work closely with an event producer who handles many of the event's behind-the-scenes tasks. Daily responsibilities include liaising with clients to understand their needs, coordinating with vendors, managing event logistics, overseeing promotional strategies, and providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after events.

  • Experience in Event Planning and Coordination
  • Knowledge of Event Marketing and Promotional Strategies
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
