Key Responsibilities
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the operation of floor care equipment, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows.

  • Teamwork: Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Adaptability: Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store, including the backroom, front end, sales floor, and other areas as needed.
  • Operational Excellence: Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and associates.
Requirements
