Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Controller on various accounting and financial tasks.
  • Compile and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Assist in the development of analyses that support financial and business strategies, including budgets and forecasts.
  • Manage and implement policies and procedures related to accounting, payroll, and inventory.
  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure the integrity of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with all reporting and tax obligations, liaising with tax agencies as necessary.
  • Enhance budgeting and forecasting systems and processes.
  • Oversee payroll processing.

Qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and MS Excel.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
