We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to join our team at DOC Services Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on Commercial HVAC Units and light commercial refrigeration equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing preventative maintenance and repairs on Commercial HVAC Units and light commercial refrigeration equipment
  • Troubleshooting electronic and electrical components, locating the source of the problem
  • Removing defective parts by dismantling devices, using hand and power tools
  • Providing daily reports and communicating regularly with store managers, the regional DOC Supervisor, and the assigned office administrator
  • Adhering to OSHA and DOC safety regulations
  • Maintaining company vehicles, including supplies and parts inventory
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • EPA Certification Required
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration
  • Ability and desire to be cross-trained on additional equipment
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Proficiency with MS Office products and advanced Phone Apps
  • Ability to provide own set of basic tools

Working Conditions

This position requires working independently with minimal supervision. Ability to stand, bend, and drive for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work at heights of more than 12 ft.
