About the Role: As a Senior Broadcast Coordinator for National Talk Programming, you will play a vital part in bringing SiriusXM's vision to life every day. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Producers and hosts in daily preparation before live shows, ensuring seamless broadcasts
  • Operate the audio board for various live and taped programs, editing audio as needed for on-air use
  • Implement daily tasks assigned by Producers and Talent to meet broadcast deadlines
  • Edit sound and create produced/packaged elements for daily broadcasts
  • Utilize social media to promote shows before, during, and after airtime
  • Serve as primary fill-in Producer for various political talk programs
  • Provide hosts with news updates and breaking stories as needed

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least one year of experience in live radio broadcasting, preferably in major markets or at a national level
  • Familiarity with broadcast systems and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with staff at all levels

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
