  • Impaired guests: When serving alcoholic beverages, observe guest behavior, count the number of drinks served, and follow proper procedure if a guest is impaired to drive, suggesting transportation by taxi service.
  • Escalating issues: Escalate guest service issues to management if you are unable to resolve, ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service.
  • Guest satisfaction: Ensure guests are satisfied during their meal service, and report any concerns or issues to management.
  • Uniform and grooming: Report to work in a neat and clean uniform, with well-groomed hair and personal hygiene, adhering to our hotel's standards.
  • Additional duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, ensuring our hotel's operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Compensation: Enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $10.00 to $10.50, as well as tips, making this a rewarding career opportunity.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience: Server experience preferred but not required, with experience in hospitality a plus.
  • Math skills: Possess basic math skills and cash-handling abilities.
  • Licenses and certifications: Hold applicable health and/or alcohol compliance card.
  • Availability: Ability and flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
