Vonachen Group is a leading provider of facility maintenance services. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team in Dubuque, IA.

**Job Summary:**

As a General Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service levels, maintaining proper supply levels, adhering to company policies, and assisting to provide a safe working environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Clean and maintain designated building areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning
* Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed
* Inform management of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work
* Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after hours
* Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor

**Requirements:**

* Must be 18 years or older
* Must have reliable transportation
* Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high-level of performance
* Good communication skills
* Strong detail orientation
* Customer-oriented and friendly
