Join Our Team as a Formulation Development Scientist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Formulation Development Scientist to join our team at Quality Chemical Laboratories (QCL). As a key member of our formulation development laboratory, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing solid oral dosage forms.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a positive can-do attitude. A college degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in formulation development are required. Experience in process development and technology transfer into cGMP manufacturing, familiarity with analytical techniques, regulatory requirements, and early phase cGMP manufacturing is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize solid oral dosage forms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and transfer to cGMP manufacturing
  • Conduct analytical testing and troubleshooting to ensure product quality and compliance
