Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the management team in maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and enhance store performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees, focusing on their growth and development.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities, including secure safe handling and accurate reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives, and communicate them effectively to the team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • State alcohol-server and Manager certification.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels.
