Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality assessments on incoming and outgoing materials and products.
  • Utilize a forklift for receiving materials and assisting with floor operations.
  • Efficiently pick, pack, and ship products.
  • Label, tag, and organize inventory accurately.
  • Stack and secure materials on pallets for safe transport.
  • Transport materials to staging areas or loading vehicles.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts as needed.
  • Ensure a safe and tidy working environment by adhering to company policies and local regulations.
  • Comply with established operational and safety protocols, including the use of required safety equipment.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant warehouse experience; experience in the tile or stone industry is advantageous.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and manage heavy materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check and hold forklift certification.
  • Effective oral communication skills; bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are preferred.
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively within a team.
