Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Teacher to join our team at our Upper Marlboro, Maryland location. As a Teacher, you will play a critical role in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. You will work closely with our center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Invest in the growth and development of our children, creating a world-class experience in our classrooms
  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
  • Support the success of our center, working collaboratively with staff and leadership to achieve goals
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
