Job Title: Lead Registered Behavior Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Lead Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Lead RBT, you will work as a valued member of our therapy teams to provide individualized services to children with autism, working under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide mentorship, support, and hands-on training to onboarding BTs and RBTs
  • Assess the skill level of newly hired Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians and provide individualized training to best prepare them for the RBT examination and/or placement with clients
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapeutic care to clients in a home, school, clinic, and/or community setting in order to implement behavioral treatment plans and instructional plans utilizing ABA principles as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Partner with the Behavior Analyst to maintain ongoing communication with parents/caregivers regarding the client's progress and plan of care
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in behavioral health, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician Certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician in a clinical setting
