Your Responsibilities:
  • Masterful Maintenance: You'll be responsible for the comprehensive upkeep of all HVAC systems throughout the resort, including monitoring, repair, and preventative maintenance.
  • Plumbing Expertise: Your skills will extend to plumbing maintenance tasks such as pipework, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs. You'll utilize various methods including soldering, brazing, PVC, CPVC, and fittings.
  • Electrical Proficiency: You'll handle electrical repairs and installations, replacing breakers, ballasts, fixtures (switches, sockets), and addressing potential electrical hazards.
  • Preventative Care Champion: You'll implement and manage preventative maintenance programs for all resort systems, including HVAC, boilers, and more.
  • Teamwork & Quality: You'll collaborate with other maintenance professionals to ensure a seamless and efficient operation, always striving for excellence in your work.
