Job Title: Clinical Therapist I/II/III

HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide high-quality, trauma-informed services to adult clients with mental health-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Coordinate care with Probation, SDCFS, DMH, SUD staff, and Case Manager
  • Meet weekly productivity expectations and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience in using evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care
  • Ability to pass background/criminal check and maintain valid California Driver's License
  • Registration with the BBS, licensed or license eligible
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $72,000 - $84,000
  • Robust benefits package, including PTO, 15 paid holidays, commuter benefits, and more
