About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled PeopleSoft Configuration Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in PeopleSoft configuration, testing, and integration with other HR systems such as Kronos.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Kronos Workforce Central Suite and UKG Pro WFM, as well as familiarity with integration tools and middleware, particularly Kronos Boomi.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Develop and manage test scripts using designated testing tools
  • Implement and configure PeopleSoft HRMS and integrate it with Kronos and other legacy systems
  • Ensure accurate configuration and validation of pay rules, CBA's, and payroll processing
  • Work with the system integrator and PMO to ensure successful integration with Kronos and other legacy systems

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Analyst with a focus on PeopleSoft HRMS and Kronos or UKG Pro WFM implementations
  • Experience with Peoplesoft Payroll Parallels and validations
  • Experience in developing test scripts and leading testing efforts for complex systems
  • Familiarity with integration tools and middleware, particularly Kronos Boomi
  • Experience and expertise in Kronos Workforce Central Suite and UKG Pro WFM
