Position Overview:
As a Personal Equipment Service Technician, you will be integral to delivering outstanding equipment services to our guests. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide thorough training in all aspects of personal equipment maintenance.

Job Specifications:
  • Housing: May Be Available
  • Expected Pay: $20.00 / hour
  • Schedule: Full Time and Part Time Hours Available
  • Skill Level: Entry Level

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional guest service while assessing gear condition
  • Perform tuning and repair services for guests with provided training
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold safety standards
  • Assist in cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other departments as needed
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude for performing ski and snowboard maintenance
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

  • Proficient communication skills in spoken and written English
