About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Tower Climber to join our team at Blattner Company, a leading renewable energy contractor and service provider. Based in Avon, Minnesota, we specialize in utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects across the United States.

As a Tower Climber, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and repairing wiring, generators, equipment, and control systems in accordance with industry standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and repair wiring, generators, equipment, and control systems
• Raise, place, and unite iron and other structural members to form completed structures or structural frameworks

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
• Physical ability to climb and work at heights in excess of 350 feet and in confined spaces
• Safety and security awareness, with ability to observe safety procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions
