Radiation Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at Lake Huron Medical Center. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing patient care using imaging modalities for simulation and x-ray therapy equipment to treat malignancies and pain.
Key Responsibilities- Apply principles of radiation protection while operating equipment to localize treatment volume and deliver prescribed dosage in accordance with treatment plans.
- Document components of the therapeutic care process in a concise, legible format consistent with departmental standards, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Graduate of a radiation therapy program required.
- American Registry of Radiation Therapy Technology certification required.
- Previous experience desired.
- Current BLS certification.
- Familiarity with State and Federal regulations.
