We're seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney to join our growing team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with attorneys and judges at Workers' Compensation Appeals Board district offices throughout California, advocating for our clients' interests and achieving the best possible resolution for their cases.

• Defend employers, insurance carriers, and claims administrators in workers' compensation cases
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and hearings
• Develop and implement personalized strategies to meet clients' unique needs
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve successful outcomes

• 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation defense
• Experience with depositions, mediations, and hearings
• Knowledge of employee benefits and insurance policies
• CA Bar and CA Resident

• Base Salary: $140,000 - $180,000
