At 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, we are seeking a skilled Server to join our Food and Beverage team at Sandbox, Beach & Pool Restaurant.

As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued, from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

Key qualifications for this role include a passion for hospitality, previous experience in food and beverage, and a strong understanding of banquet operations.

We are a 24-hour operation, and flexibility is essential for this role. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable traversing the pool deck, beach, and outside terrain.

About you

  • Passionate about hospitality and food and beverage with previous similar work experience.
  • Basic knowledge of banquet operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail-oriented.
  • Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
  • Comfortable traversing pool deck, beach, and outside terrain.
  • Able to lift 35 pounds.
  • Love working outdoors with a magnificent view.
