BPM Architect

Job Title: BPM Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled BPM Architect to join our team at Saxon Global. As a BPM Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing business processes using IBM BPM Process Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement business processes using IBM BPM Process Designer
• Develop and maintain process models, BPDs, and Coach Framework
• Implement UCAs, Ajax, and Generic System Services
• Work with designers to create wireframes and mockups
• Collaborate with technical resources to implement process solutions

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience modeling processes using IBM BPM Process Designer
• Strong hands-on experience with Process Designer, BPDs, and Coach Framework
• Strong hands-on experience with UCAs, Ajax, and Generic System Services
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of business users and technical resources

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Java/J2EE and SOA (REST and/or SOAP) implementation
• Experience with CI/CD and ALM tools - Git, Jenkins, Ansible, UrbanCode, and other deployment tools
• Knowledge of Banking & Financial Services domain
• Agile experience
