About the Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled and friendly Overnight Member Services Representative to join our team at Crunch Fitness. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences and ensuring that our club is always welcoming and inviting to our members and guests. Your responsibilities will include greeting members and guests, checking in members and guests, and communicating special events to members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
  • Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
  • Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
  • Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
  • Communicate special events to members and guests
  • Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome
  • Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
  • Always maintain professional disposition
  • Sell retail products
  • Schedule member services: tanning, hydro-massage, etc.
  • Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
  • Know club facility, services, and schedules
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist in all projects as delegated by club management

Estimate Salary Range:$45,000 - $60,000 per year.
