We are seeking a highly skilled CADD Designer to join our team at BSE Consultants Inc. in Melbourne, FL. As a CADD Designer, you will play a critical role in the design and development of residential and commercial projects, working closely with our project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Collaborate with project teams to design and develop construction drawings, plans, and profiles for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare master plans, plan and profile sheets, and grading plans using Civil 3D and other design tools.
• Design stormwater and utility systems, including drainage and roadway design.
• Conduct effective communication with project teams and management to ensure project goals are met.
• Prepare subdivision layouts, commercial site plans, and boundary, topographic, and tree surveys.

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in land development, with a strong technical background in drainage, roadway, and utility design.
• Proficiency in using Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of all phases of the design process, including planning, design, permitting, and construction administration.
• Excellent communication, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal permitting requirements.
