Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our Culinary Team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload and reload dish machines, wash pots, pans, cooking utensils, and equipment by hand, and assist kitchen staff as needed.
  • Remove waste, empty and clean garbage receptacles, remove recyclable materials, and place them in designated areas.
  • Clean the kitchen by sweeping, mopping, washing kitchen walls, floors, and floor mats, and perform closing duties in accordance with standard procedures.
  • Stock all dishware and glassware as cleaned.
  • Follow MSDS standards, safety, and sanitation procedures.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
