In the role of Operations and Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless functioning of our operations while also contributing to impactful marketing initiatives.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Development and Operations, your responsibilities will encompass administrative duties, marketing coordination, and support for project management activities.

This position is primarily onsite with opportunities for occasional remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support:
Assist in project planning and coordination, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project timelines, and tracking milestones.

Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are fulfilled promptly and within budget.

Oversee project expenses and keep precise records of expenditures.

Support logistics planning and site management to facilitate smooth project execution.

Manage all LLCs, BBLs, FR500s, etc.

Handle all DC fines and vacancy exemptions/registrations.

Review bi-annual property tax bills.

Manage all company licenses including:
brokers, property managers, sales agents, etc.

Marketing Coordination:
Work alongside the team to formulate and execute marketing strategies for development projects.

Coordinate the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, digital content, and building signage.

Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media postings and website updates.

Assist in organizing events, such as groundbreakings, open houses, launch parties, and community engagement initiatives.

Coordinate third-party marketing teams (photographers, renderers, furniture staging, etc.).

Evaluate and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics to enhance effectiveness and ROI.

Administrative Support:
Manage office operations, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.

Assist in financial administration tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and budget tracking.

Provide general administrative support to the operations and development teams as needed.

Coordinate and manage all warranty work.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Proven experience (1-3 years) in operations coordination and/or marketing within the real estate development sector is preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, email marketing) is required.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and independently when necessary.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Knowledge of real estate development processes and terminology is a plus.
