  • Monitor the production process to ensure efficient and safe operation
  • Inspect and pack product to meet quality standards
  • Remove scrap product from conveyors and place it in designated areas
  • Operate pallet jacks to transfer product to freezers
  • Report any issues or concerns to supervisors or leads
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent injuries and ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and self-driven individual
  • Pallet jack certification (for certain production workers)

Working Conditions:

The production environment is temperature-controlled, averaging 50 degrees. Employees are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including hairnets, smocks, boots, earplugs, gloves, plastic sleeves, and aprons provided by the company.

Ajinomoto Foods North America is committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. As a General Utility Worker, you will be expected to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements.
