Become a vital part of our CDL-A driver workforce at Dairy Farmers of America, a premier milk marketing cooperative and dairy product manufacturer in the United States.

Our operators are responsible for transporting unprocessed milk from farms to processing facilities or distribution points using DFA tractors and trailers. We are dedicated to supporting our farmer-owners, our workforce, the dairy sector, and delivering safe and nutritious products to consumers.

Home Daily

work schedule.

Compensation Details:
Competitive salary based on experience.

$1.00 shift premium for hours worked between 4 PM and 4 AM

$0.50 weekend premium for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Must possess a current CDL (Class A) in the state of residence. Must have, or be able to obtain, a tanker endorsement and be capable of operating a manual transmission prior to the interview.

A minimum of 1 year of tractor/trailer experience is required for consideration. 2 years of tractor/trailer experience within the last 5 years is preferred.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old.

Must comply with all DOT regulations.

Must be available to work a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
