Job Summary

The Imaging Technologist will be responsible for providing diagnostic imaging procedures utilizing CT technology. The successful candidate will operate equipment, set technical factors, and relay images to physicians for interpretation. This role requires minimal experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform CT procedures according to radiology practice standards
  • Operate equipment, setting appropriate technical factors to produce diagnostic quality images
  • Relay images and clinical information to physicians for interpretation
  • Assist with inventory management and patient scheduling
  • Take on-call shifts as assigned to provide after-hours coverage

Qualifications:

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment
  • ARRT Registration RT (R) and Advanced level certification in CT required
  • Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist
  • Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • No experience required; 6 months preferred
